2025-2026 Season
BROADWAY WORKSHOP
September 25 and 26, 2025
Join us for a showcase of scenes from recent Broadway/Off Broadway productions! Our class of 2026 is directing, and some of the newest members of our Gunn Theatre community are performing in their first Gunn Theatre project. It is a performance not to be missed! September 25th and 26th at 7pm in the Little Theatre.
Describe the Night
DESCRIBE THE NIGHT
November 7-15, 2025
Join us for our fall production of Describe the Night by Rajiv Joseph, a riveting comedic thriller set in Russia, East Germany, and Poland over the course of 90 years. This epic saga traces the friendship between a writer, a soldier, and the woman they both love. Ricocheting across time and place, Describe the Night traces the stories of historical figures and fictional characters and creates a mystery for the audience to solve.
PLAY IN A DAY
December 19-20, 2025
Gunn Theatre alumni and current students come together to write, rehearse, and perform 10-minute plays in a 24-hour period. Authors write their plays overnight, and the following day everyone rehearses until showtime at 7pm that evening. The results are always astonishing and often miraculous!
GUNN THEATRE’S GOT TALENT
January 17, 2026
You’ve seen Gunn Theatre students act, but have you seen them sing, dance, play the fiddle, juggle, tell jokes, and recite poetry? Come discover Gunn Theatre students’ hidden talents at our second annual fundraiser, Gunn Theatre’s Got Talent! Proceeds from this event will support scholarships so that all eligible students can attend our Gunn Theatre trip in April.
PRIDE AND PREJUDICE
March 20-28, 2026
Join us for our spring production, a stage adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, in March 2026. More details coming soon!
SPRING FESTIVAL
May 7-10, 2026
Join us for Spring Festival, where the seniors direct, and in some cases write, their own shows! Plays and directors will be announced in early March. Auditions for Spring Festival will take place in early March and are open to all Gunn students.
